Getting Started

Q: How do I get started with CallCov? A: Check out our Quickstart Guide to create an account and submit your first analysis in 5 minutes.

Q: What audio formats are supported? A: We support WAV, MP3, M4A, FLAC, and OGG formats. Maximum file size is 500 MB.

Q: How long does analysis take? A: Most analyses complete in 1-5 minutes depending on audio length. Use webhooks for real-time notifications.

Authentication

Q: What's the difference between API keys and JWT tokens? A: API keys are recommended for server-to-server integrations (they don't expire). JWT tokens are better for user-facing applications. See our Authentication Guide.

Q: How do I rotate my API keys? A: Create a new API key, update your application to use it, then revoke the old key. See API Keys.

Billing

Q: How does billing work? A: You're billed based on the duration of analyzed audio, rounded to the nearest minute. See our Billing Guide for details.

Q: What plans are available? A: We offer Free, Starter ($49/month), and Growth ($199/month) plans with different included minutes and features.

Q: Can I try CallCov for free? A: Yes! All new accounts start with a free tier that includes 100 minutes per month.

Q: Can I use webhooks instead of polling? A: Yes! Webhooks are the recommended way to receive analysis results. See our Webhooks Guide.

Q: Is there a rate limit? A: Yes, the default limit is 100 requests per minute, with 20 analysis submissions per minute. Contact support if you need higher limits.

Integration

Q: Do you have SDKs? A: Official Python and Node.js SDKs are coming soon. In the meantime, our REST API works great with standard HTTP libraries like requests (Python) or axios (Node.js).

Q: Can I test without processing real calls? A: Yes! Use test mode API keys (sk_test_...) to experiment without charges or processing.
